Joel Baecker
Proprietor
and Chef Joel graduated
from the Culinary Institute of America in 1998 and began working
at Chez Panisse. After three years at the esteemed restaurant,
Joel traveled throughout France, Italy, and Spain working with
the regional foods and wines. Since his return, he has cooked
at some of the finest restaurants in the Bay Area, including
Mazzini Trattoria, the Village Pub, and Liberty Café.
Today, Joel combines his unique work experience and his passion
for cooking to create seasonal, elegant food.
Naomi Crawford
General Manager & Pastry Chef Trained
as a chef at the Slow Club and Woodward’s Garden in San
Francisco, and a pastry chef at PlumpJack Squaw Valley Inn,
Naomi moved to the front of the house as the event coordinator
for the Village Pub in Woodside. While at the Village Pub, she
received her certificate for Master Sommelier and diploma for
Master of Wine. Her combined knowledge of food, wine, and event
planning ensures that from the smallest details to fully staffing
and coordinating your event, she will help your vision become
reality, and create a truly memorable experience.
